Mail Club FAQs

Shipping Dates & Wait Times

Shipping Dates:

Mail will be sent out the first week of the following month. If you join between the 1st and 25th of a month you will receive the following month's letter. (Ex. If you join May 1st-25th, your first will be June's edition, which will ship the first week of June. If you sign up after May 25th you will receive July's edition as your first letter.)

Please note that the monthly sign-up cutoff date is the 25th.

Wait Times:

Please allow up to 14 days for U.S. deliveries and up to 21 days for International deliveries after shipment.

Can I track my Mailer?

To keep the mail club affordable, mailers are sent out using postage stamps so tracking isn't available.

When will I be billed?

You will be billed on the same day of each month that you initially subscribed.

What happens if my Mailer arrives damaged?

If it arrives damaged you may email us at thefaithfulhomesteadclub@gmail.com. Make sure you sent your name and photos of the items damaged.

Please note: The response time is 1-3 business days.

How to manage my subscription and make changes to my address, billing or email?

You can manage your subscription anytime using your customer portal to change your delivery address, billing information, email and to cancel your subscription. You can access it here--> Manage My Subscription

What if my mailer didn't arrive and it's been over the estimated delivery time?

If your mailer didn't arrive after the estimated amount of days, it's possible that it's been delayed or lost during transit. You may email us at thefaithfulhomesteadclub@gmail.com to get in touch with us.
